Subcontracting on a Best For Project Clause Samples

Subcontracting on a Best For Project basis‌ Subcontracts, including in respect of supply chain partners, may only be entered into by any or all of the Participants on a Best For Project basis and otherwise in accordance with the Contracting Strategy and this Section 20. This may involve being entered into by an individual Participant, by two or more Participants or by a Participant entering into a Subcontract both in its own right as principal/employer, and as agent, for and on behalf of the other Participants.
