Subcontracting or Assignment of Contract or Contract Funds. Once awarded, this Contract shall not be subcontracted or assigned, in whole or in part, without the advance written approval of the Chief Procurement Officer, which approval shall be granted or withheld at the sole discretion of the Chief Procurement Officer. In no case, however, shall such approval relieve the Consultant from its obligations or change the terms of the Contract. The Consultant shall not transfer or assign any Contract funds or any interest therein due or to become due without the advance written approval of the Chief Procurement Officer. The Chief Procurement Officer shall have the right to disapprove any Subcontractor. All Subcontractors shall be subject to the terms of this Contract. Consultant shall incorporate into all subcontracts all of the provisions of the Contract which affect such subcontract.
