Subcontractor Selection Process. Seller shall have documented processes for the selection of its Subcontractors. The process shall ensure that such Subcontractors maintain adequate security controls and procedures and verify subcontractor compliance to the identified security controls.

Subcontractor Selection Process. During the Design Phase, the DB Contractor shall seek to further develop potential Subcontractor interest in the Project. Selection of Subcontractors shall be coordinated with the ADOC and Program Manager and approved by the Authority. Prior to the award of any Subcontracts (other than those identified in Exhibit F (Approved Subcontractors)), the DB Contractor shall meet with the ADOC (as the Authority’s Representative) and Program Manager to review the Subcontractor selection process. The DB Contractor shall also provide the ADOC and Program Manager with a list of potential Subcontractors (“bidders”) proposed to conduct Work or provide materials or equipment for each Work Package. The ADOC (as the Authority’s Representative) shall review such list with the DB Contractor and Program Manager prior to solicitation by the DB Contractor. Either the Authority or the ADOC may remove or exclude any bidder from consideration.
Subcontractor Selection Process. The project manager, construction manager and/or purchasing manager of CONTRACTOR is responsible for the selection of SUBCONTRACTORS. The Risk Management/Safety Department of CONTRACTOR is available as a resource to interpret safety data and provide assistance in the selection of SUBCONTRACTORS as required. The project manager and/or site manager (or their equivalent) of the SUBCONTRACTOR, and his/her project staff, are responsible for assuring the overall implementation of and compliance with the requirements of this Contract by the SUBCONTRACTOR. SUBCONTRACTORS (management representatives) shall attend all meetings deemed pertinent to the successful implementation of the Project, including kick-off and pre-job meetings. These meetings shall be documented. All SUBCONTRACTORS are not authorized to sublet any work without prior written approval from CONTRACTOR.
