Common use of Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance and Vehicle Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance and Vehicle Liability Insurance. The Contractor shall either (1) require each of his/her Subcontractor to procure and shall maintain during the life of his /her Subcontractor, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance and Vehicle Liability Insurance of the type and in the amount specified in Subparagraph b. above or, (2) insure the activities of his/her Subcontractors in his/her policy specified in Subparagraph b, above.

Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance and Vehicle Liability Insurance. The Contractor shall either (1) require each of his/her Subcontractor his subcontractors to procure and shall to maintain during the life of his /her Subcontractorsubcontract, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance and Vehicle Liability Insurance of the type and in the amount amounts specified in Subparagraph b. above the Supplemental General Conditions specified in subparagraph 28.3 hereof or, (2) insure the activities of his/her Subcontractors in his/her policy his policy, specified in Subparagraph b, abovesubparagraph 28.3 hereof.

The Prime Contractor shall either (1) require each of his/her Subcontractor the Subcontractors to procure and shall to maintain during the life of his /her Subcontractorsubcontract, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance and Vehicle Liability Insurance of the type and in the amount amounts specified in Subparagraph b. above orthe Supplemental General Conditions, or (2) insure the activities of his/her Subcontractors in his/her policy specified in Subparagraph b, aboveon his policy.
