Common use of Subdivision and Combination of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Subdivision and Combination of Common Stock. In case the Company shall at any time subdivide (by any stock split, stock dividend or otherwise) or combine (by any reverse stock split or otherwise) the outstanding shares of Common Stock, the Exercise Price shall forthwith be proportionately decreased in the case of subdivision or increased in the case of combination.
