Common use of SUBDIVISION AND CONSOLIDATION Clause in Contracts

SUBDIVISION AND CONSOLIDATION. The Property shall not be subdivided or consolidated with any adjoining property, save with the prior written consent of the Seller and the Association, which consent the Seller and the Association may, in their sole and absolute discretion, grant or refuse. It is recorded that this condition shall be registered against the title deeds of the Property on the Date of Transfer.
