If the Corporation in any manner subdivides or combines the outstanding shares of any of the Common Stock, Class B Common Stock or Series C Preferred Stock, then the outstanding shares of the Common Stock, Class B Common Stock or Series C Preferred Stock, as applicable, will be subdivided or combined in the same manner.
