Subdivisional Models. The Purchaser further acknowledges that all promotional and other material, including sketches, plans, renderings and drawings related to the Dwelling, the model homes and subdivision areas in the vicinity of the Land are of a conceptual nature only and that the Vendor may in future amend its plans from time to time in any manner whatsoever.
