Subdivisions, Combinations and Dividends. In case the Company shall at any time subdivide its outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock into a greater number of shares or pay a dividend in Series A Preferred Stock in respect of outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock, the Stock Purchase Price in effect immediately prior to such subdivision or at the record date of such dividend shall be proportionately reduced, and conversely, in case the outstanding shares of the Series A Preferred Stock of the Company shall be combined into a smaller number of shares, the Stock Purchase Price in effect immediately prior to such combination shall be proportionately increased.
