Subdivisions or Combination of Shares. If the Company at any time while this Warrant remains outstanding and unexercised, in whole or in part, (i) shall divide its Common Stock, the Warrant Price shall be proportionately reduced and the number of shares under this Warrant shall be proportionately increased; or (ii) shall combine shares of its Common Stock, the Warrant Price shall be proportionately increased and the number of shares under this Warrant shall be proportionately reduced.
