Subject and definitions. This Agreement contains the conditions relating to the use of current and future Beobank Online and Beobank Mobile services (the "Services") that the Bank offers to the Customer to conduct his banking affairs and/or to manage his credit card account(s) remotely by using his own hardware. The "Customer" and the "Bank" are jointly referred to as the "Parties".
