Common use of Subject Laws Clause in Contracts

Subject Laws. The Borrower shall not utilize directly or indirectly the proceeds of any Advance for the benefit of any Person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with any other Person, whose name appears on the “List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” maintained by OFAC or otherwise in violation of any regulations and rules promulgated by the U.S. Department of Treasury and/or administered by OFAC including U.S. Executive Order No. 13224, and other related statutes, laws and regulations.
