SUBJECT MATTER OF THE DPA AND DEFINITIONS. 1.1. This DPA defines the respective rights and obligations of each Party in relation to the processing of Personal Data carried out by Processor on behalf of Controller. 1.2. Except as otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires, the terms used in this DPA shall have the meaning attributed to them in the GDPR, in this DPA as well as in the Main Services Agreement.
