Common use of SUBJECT OF Clause in Contracts

SUBJECT OF. PROPOSALS Initially the said proposals may with the approval of the Minister and if so required by the State will be submitted as to the matter or matters mentioned in one or more of paragraphs (a) to (m) of section 5.02 and in that event submission of the said proposals as to the matter or matters mentioned in the other or others of the said paragraphs will be deferred but in any event will be finally submitted within the time mentioned in Section 5.02.
