Subject Property Modification Sample Clauses

Subject Property Modification. In the event the City approves a lot line adjustment or a parcel map pursuant to which there is a transfer between Landowner and Macerich of real property that comprises a portion of the Broadway Plaza Property, this Development Agreement automatically will attach to any such property transferred to Landowner and shall have no further application to any such property transferred to Macerich. Should the foregoing occur, the Parties shall amend the legal description attached to this Development Agreement as Exhibit A and the diagram attached as Exhibit B, and re-record this Development Agreement to reflect such change or changes in the Subject Property.
