Common use of Subject to Audit Clause in Contracts

Subject to Audit. The Department retains the right to audit and inspect the records of the Grantee pertaining to this Grant for a period of 3 years after the conclusion of the Grant. Grantee shall permit any duly authorized representative of the State to inspect and audit all records and documents of Grantee relating to this Grant. Should the Department determine that Grant funds have been expended for activities outside of the Scope of this Grant Agreement; the Grantee shall reimburse the Department for funds so identified.
