Subject to Clause 9. 1.1, in no event shall either Party be liable to the other for any:- (a) loss of profits; (b) loss of business; (c) loss of revenue; (d) loss of or damage to goodwill; and/or (e) loss of savings (whether anticipated or otherwise); and/or (f) any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
