Common use of Subject to Clauses 27 Clause in Contracts

Subject to Clauses 27. 2.2 and 27.2.3, the Supplier may only disclose the Confidential Information of the Authority on a confidential basis to: (a) Supplier Personnel who are directly involved in the provision of the Goods and/or Services and need to know the Confidential Information to enable the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under this Framework Agreement; and (b) its professional advisers for the purposes of obtaining advice in relation to this Framework Agreement.

Subject to Clauses 27. 2.2 3.2 and 27.2.327.3.7, the Supplier may only disclose the Confidential Information of the Authority on a confidential basis to: (a) Supplier Personnel who are directly involved in the provision of the Goods and/or Services and need to know the Confidential Information to enable the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under this Framework AgreementContract; and (b) its professional advisers for the purposes of obtaining advice in relation to this Framework AgreementContract.
