Common use of Subject to Laws Clause in Contracts

Subject to Laws. This Agreement is subject to, and Customer agrees to comply with, all applicable federal, state and local laws, and regulations, rulings and orders of governmental agencies, including, but not limited to, the Communications Act of 1934, the Telecommunications Act of 1996, the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") and state public utility or service commissions ("PSC"), tariffs and the obtaining and continuance of any required certification, permit, license, approval or authorization of the FCC and PSC or any governmental body, including, but not limited to regulations applying to feature group termination and Letter of Agencies ("LOAs").

Subject to Laws. Customer further agrees to obtain and continuance of maintain any and all required certificationcertifications, permitpermits, licenselicenses, approval approvals, or authorization authorizations of the FCC and and/or PSC or and/or any governmental body, including, but not limited to regulations applying to feature group termination and Letter of Agencies ("LOAs").
