Subject to Section L Clause Samples

Subject to Section L. 9, It is understood and agreed among the parties that this Agreement is solely for the benefit of the parties hereto, and no other Person, other than the Indemnitees, shall be a third party beneficiary hereto. No statement, representation, inducement, promise, understanding, condition or warranty not set forth herein has been made or relied upon by any party hereto. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, each of the Indemnitees shall be a third party beneficiary of this Agreement with respect to the provisions herein that expressly apply to such Indemnitees, and shall be entitled to enforce the indemnification and exculpation provisions hereof as if they were a party hereto to the extent such provisions expressly apply to such Indemnitees.
