Common use of Subject to Trust Deed Clause in Contracts

Subject to Trust Deed. Subject to compliance with the requirements of applicable Nevada Gaming Laws, Trustor shall cause all of its Affiliates in any way involved with the operation of the Trust Estate or the Project to observe the covenants and conditions of this Deed of Trust to the extent necessary to give the full intended effect to such covenants and conditions and to protect and preserve the security of Beneficiary hereunder.

Subject to Trust Deed. Subject to compliance with the requirements of applicable Nevada Gaming Laws, Trustor shall cause all of its Affiliates in any way involved with the operation of the Trust Estate or the Project to observe the covenants and conditions of this Leasehold Deed of Trust to the extent necessary to give the full intended effect to such covenants and conditions and to protect and preserve the security of Beneficiary hereunder. Trustor shall, at Beneficiary's request, cause any such Affiliate to execute and deliver to Beneficiary or Trustee such further instruments or documents as Beneficiary may reasonably deem necessary to effectuate the terms of this Section 1.22.
