Common use of Subject to Clause in Contracts

Subject to. 19.1.1 Homes England (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient's claim for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Clause 17 (Capital Grant Claim Procedures); and 19.1.2 Clause 5 (Changes to Capital Firm Schemes), Clause 19.3 (Payment of Capital Grant), Clause 21 (Adjustments to Remaining Tranches) and Clause 22 (Withholding of Grant), Homes England shall (resources permitting) pay the Applicable Tranche to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant satisfactory claim.

Subject to. 19.1.1 20.1.1 Homes England (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient's ’s claim for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Clause 17 18.2 (Capital Revenue Grant Claim Procedures); and 19.1.2 20.1.2 Clause 5 10.4 (Changes to Capital Revenue Firm Schemes), Clause 19.3 20.3 (Payment of Capital Revenue Grant), Clause 21 20.4 (Adjustments to Remaining TranchesPayment of Revenue Grant) and Clause 22 (Withholding of Grant), Homes England shall (resources permitting) pay the Applicable Tranche a Revenue Quarterly Payment to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant satisfactory claim.

Subject to. 19.1.1 ‌ 21.1.1 Homes England (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant RecipientLead Partner's claim for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Clause 17 19.2 (Capital Revenue Grant Claim Procedures); and 19.1.2 21.1.2 Clause 5 10.4 (Changes to Capital Revenue Firm Schemes), Clause 19.3 21.3 (Payment of Capital Revenue Grant), Clause 21 21.4 (Adjustments to Remaining TranchesPayment of Revenue Grant) and Clause 22 23 (Withholding of Grantgrant), Homes England shall (resources permitting) pay the Applicable Tranche a Revenue Quarterly Payment to the Grant Recipient Lead Partner within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant satisfactory claim.
