Subject to. 20.1.1 Homes England (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient’s claim for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Revenue Grant Claim Procedures); and 20.1.2 Clause 10.4 (Changes to Revenue Firm Schemes), Clause 20.3 (Payment of Revenue Grant), Clause 20.4 (Payment of Revenue Grant) and Clause 22 (Withholding of Grant), Homes England shall (resources permitting) pay a Revenue Quarterly Payment to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant satisfactory claim.
