Common use of SUBLEASE BY LESSEE Clause in Contracts

SUBLEASE BY LESSEE. The grant by Xxxxxx of a sublease of the Property shall not effect Lessee’s obligation to procure insurance for the benefit of Lessor as provided herein nor shall such Sublease otherwise effect or diminish any of Lessee’s obligations under this Agreement.
