Sublease Premises Term. The term of the Sublease for the Sublease Premises shall commence (“Sublease Premises Commencement”) on the later of: (1) August 1, 2018; or (2) the date on which this Sublease is fully executed by the Parties and after Master Lessor consents to the Sublease as required by Section 14 of the Master Lease. Unless terminated on an earlier date for reasons permitted under this Sublease, the term of the Sublease shall expire on February 28, 2022.
