Sublease Supersedes. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Sublease and the Lease, the provisions of this Sublease shall supersede and control unless use of the Premises or any action or inaction taken in accordance with said provisions may be the basis of a default under the Lease, in which case the conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved in favor of the Lease. However, nothing contained herein shall affect the Landlord's rights under the Lease.
