Subleases of Tenant. If Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, then, except to the extent Landlord has agreed to recognize such subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements, Landlord shall have the right, at Landlord’s option in its sole discretion, (i) to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises, in which event Landlord shall have the right to repossess such affected portions of the Premises by any lawful means, or (ii) to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any or all such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, in which event Landlord may require any sublessees, licensees or other parties thereunder to attorn to and recognize Landlord as its sublessor, licensor, concessionaire or transferor thereunder. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.
