Common use of Subleases Permitted Clause in Contracts

Subleases Permitted. Subject to subparagraphs (d), (e) and (f) hereof and Article 5 hereof, Tenant may sublet the Leased Property or any portion or portions thereof and retain any profits derived from such subleasing, provided that (i) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, and (ii) each sublease shall expressly be made subject to the terms of this Lease.
