Subleases. Notwithstanding anything contained in any Ground Lease to the contrary, Pledgor shall cause Mortgage Borrower to not further sublet any portion of the related Individual Property (other than as permitted pursuant to Section 5.1.17 hereof) without prior written consent of Lender.
