Subleasing and Assignment Prohibited. Without Lender's written consent, Borrower shall not seek, and the Cooperative shall not consent to, any subletting of the Home or the Homesite by Borrower under the Occupancy Agreement or to any assignment of the Occupancy Agreement or Borrower's membership interest in the Cooperative.
