Common use of SUBLESSEE'S COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

SUBLESSEE'S COMPLIANCE. Except as provided in Section 6.2(a), Sublessee shall, at its sole expense, comply promptly with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, restrictions of record, and requirements in effect during the Term regulating Sublessee's use of the Premises. Sublessee shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will tend to (i) create waste or a nuisance; or (ii) to disturb other tenants of the Premises, if there are multiple tenants in the building containing the Premises.
