Sublessee's Performance Clause Samples

Sublessee's Performance. If Sublessee fails to perform any of its agreements contained in this Agreement, including its obligations to keep the Aircraft free of liens or comply with Applicable Law Sublessor shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to effect such performance upon five (5) days notice to Sublessee, and any expenses incurred by Sublessor in connection with effecting such performance, shall be payable by Sublessee promptly upon demand. Any such action shall not be a cure or waiver of any Event of Default hereunder.
