Common use of Sublessee’s Share of Operating Costs Clause in Contracts

Sublessee’s Share of Operating Costs. In addition to all other sums due under this Lease, Sublessee shall pay to Lessor, in the manner and at the times set forth in this Section, Sublessee’s Share of Operating Costs (as defined in Section 2.4.1(c)(iii)) for each Lease Year or other fiscal year that may be established by Lessor during the Term.

Sublessee’s Share of Operating Costs.
