Subletting Allowed with the Landlord’s Consent. If this option is selected in Section 18, the Landlord must grant consent for each subtenant allowed on the Property. Therefore, if the Landlord’s consent is granted for a specific subtenant, it does not automatically extend to additional subtenants.
