SUBLETTING AND ASSIGNATION. Unless the Tenant has received prior written permission from the Landlord, the Tenant must not: • sublet the Let Property (or any part of it); • take in a lodger or paying guests; • assign the Tenant's interest in the Let Property (or any part of it); • otherwise part with, or give up to another person, possession of the Let Property (or any part of it).

SUBLETTING AND ASSIGNATION. ‌ Unless the Tenant has received prior written permission from the Landlord, the Tenant must not: • sublet the Let Property (or any part of it), • take in a lodger, • assign the Tenant’s interest in the Let Property (or any part of it), or • otherwise part with, or give up to another person, possession of the Let Property (or any part of it). • If the Tenant who has been occupying one of the two bedrooms moves out, optionally, and solely with the Landlord’s written approval by an amendment to this agreement and its rooms-list Schedule 2, the remaining Tenant may take over the whole of the Flat and responsibility for it; otherwise the remaining Tenant must accept any replacement Tenant with whom the Landlord makes a rental contract for the other bedroom, including the Landlord requiring the remaining tenant to take over the whole Flat.
