SUBLETTING AND ASSIGNING. 9.1 Tenant shall not assign, mortgage or encumber this Lease, nor sublet, suffer or permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used by others, without the prior consent of Landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
