Common use of Subletting and Transfer Clause in Contracts

Subletting and Transfer. 10.1 Unless Party A has permitted Party B to sublet the Premises in supplemental clauses of this Contract or other documents, Party B may not sublet the Premises to others in whole or in part within the lease term. 10.2 During the lease term, if Party A needs to sell the Premises, it shall notify Party B in advance. Party B shall have the preemptive right under the same conditions.
