Subletting Exhibit Space Sample Clauses

Subletting Exhibit Space. The Exhibitor may not assign, sublet or apportion all or any part of the Exhibitor's contracted Exhibit Space, nor may the Exhibitor permit the display, promotion, sales or marketing of non-Exhibitor products or services in its space. Failure to adhere to these regulations could result in the Exhibit being removed or blocked from view at the Exhibitor's expense. The Exhibitor hereby waives any claim for refund of the Exhibit Space or other damages arising out of such termination and/or Exhibit removal. If the Exhibitor is uncertain whether an Exhibit is in compliance with all regulations, contact the Institute.
