Common use of Sublettings Clause in Contracts

Sublettings. If any portion of the Facility Realty is occupied by any Person other than the Lessee or the Sublessee (even if such Person is approved by the Agency pursuant to Section 8.9(a) hereof), for so long as such use and/or occupancy continues, Lessee shall pay or cause to be paid additional PILOT in an amount which, as prorated to such used and/or occupied space, shall equal Adjusted CRET.
