You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, rent, timeshare, loan, lease or otherwise transfer the Cue Health App, or directly or indirectly permit any third party to copy and install the Cue Health App on a device not owned and controlled by you. If you transfer ownership of your mobile smart device, you must delete the Cue Health App from the mobile smart device before doing so.
