Common use of SUBLICENSE RIGHTS OF PURCHASER Clause in Contracts

SUBLICENSE RIGHTS OF PURCHASER. (a) Subject to Sections 2.2(a) and (b) below and to Section 2.3, Purchaser may grant sublicenses to its respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates within the scope of its respective license hereunder (with no right to grant further sublicenses other than, in the case of a sublicensed Subsidiary or Affiliates, to another Subsidiary or Affiliate of Purchaser).
