Sublicenses of Manufacturing Know-How. MMD shall have the right to grant sublicenses under the Manufacturing Know-How license granted by TKT to MMD under subsection 3.1.3 to Affiliates of MMD and, with the written consent of TKT, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, to entities which are not Affiliates of MMD. MMD will provide a copy of such sublicenses to TKT.
