Common use of Submission and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Submission and Amendments. Pursuant to Education Code Section 76004(c) (3), copies of the approved AB 288 CCAP Partnership Agreement shall be filed with the Chancellor’s Office of the California Community Colleges ("State Chancellor"). The State Chancellor may void this Agreement if it is determined that this Agreement does not comply with the intent of Education Code Section 76004. Any amendment to this Agreement shall be filed with the State Chancellor. The parties will meet on an annual basis by August 1st of each year to determine if the Agreement should be amended, to include but not be limited to additional courses and pathways that have been developed.

Submission and Amendments. The State Chancellor may void this Agreement if it is determined that this Agreement does not comply with the intent of Education Code Section 76004. Any amendment to this Agreement shall be filed with the State Chancellor. The parties will may meet on an annual basis by August 1st of each year to determine if the Agreement should be amended, to include but not be limited to adding additional courses and pathways that have been developed.
