Common use of Submission at Final Design Review Clause in Contracts

Submission at Final Design Review. The Contractor shall submit at the time of the Final Design Review a Recommended Spare Parts List for the equipment to be furnished. The list shall be created using the Contractor’s Xxxx of Materials and shall be updated as the equipment design and assembly progresses. All items in the Recommended Spare Parts List shall be referenced in the Illustrated Parts Catalogue. The Recommended Spare Parts List shall be based on the Contractor’s experience with similar equipment in service on other properties and the Authority’s operating conditions and performance of preventive maintenance.
