Submission Items. Submission Items. (a) Within 5 days after the Effective Date, Seller will make available to Purchaser (to the extent in Seller’s possession or control), for Purchaser’s review and approval, the following items for the Subdivision (collectively, the “Submission Items”):
Submission Items. Within five (5) Business Days after the Effective Date, Seller shall deliver the Submission Items to Purchaser. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Seller has not made and is not making any representations or warranties regarding the Submission Items, and Purchaser relies on the Submission Items at its own risk.

Seller has not intentionally altered, modified, redacted or otherwise changed any such materials, including the Seller’s Disclosure Materials.
