Common use of Submission of Certified Claim Clause in Contracts

Submission of Certified Claim. If a Claim cannot be resolved to the mutual satisfaction of both parties within thirty-five (35) days of initiation of the Claim, regardless of whether or not Sections 28.1.2 or 28.1.3 have been complied with, then Contractor shall submit a Certified Claim as set forth in Section 28.2 regarding such Claim.
