Submission of Claim for Payment and Required Documentation. In order to receive payment, the Recipient will have submitted all Reports, including, without limitation, its claim for payment, together with the supporting documentation set out in the Guidelines in accordance with the timelines required therein, or at a later date if, the Province consents to a later date in it’s sole and absolute discretion.
