Common use of Submission of Dispute to Panel Clause in Contracts

Submission of Dispute to Panel. Unless otherwise extended by the arbitration panel, or agreed to by the Parties, the claimant shall submit its brief to the panel within 45 days after the selection of an umpire. The respondent shall submit its brief within 45 days thereafter. The claimant may submit a reply brief within 30 days after the filing of the respondent’s brief. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the time period for submission of the case to the panel may be extended or modified by mutual consent of the Parties.
