Common use of Submission of Draft Completion Statements Clause in Contracts

Submission of Draft Completion Statements. The Purchaser shall procure the preparation and submission to the Seller of a draft of the Completion Statements (“Draft Completion Statements”) along with all calculations and supporting documentation necessary to allow the Seller to make an informed assessment of the Draft Completion Statements within 120 days of Completion.
