Submission of invoices by the French Sellers. On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, each French Seller may offer to assign (and the Factor undertakes to accept to purchase) all Relevant Receivables arising from time to time, provided that each French Seller shall, subject to the terms hereof, either provide the Factor with, or make available to the Factor, the invoices evidencing such Relevant Receivables.
